Relax, Breathe and be Grateful

Recently I have been feeling really lethargic and demotivated. Told this to one of my friends, that I can force my brain to work but my body ain't letting me!

Guess what my friend told! Do not force and enjoy yourself. This might be such a simple sentence to hear and we might even know that. But most of the time we forget the fact that we are just humans and not machines!

When our body ain't letting us work, we should just listen to it instead of forcing ourselves. Many might say this leads to feeling of laziness as our body will get used to not working and we'll end up doing nothing productive.


Well, first of all, it should be ones utmost priority to listen to one self (body and mind). We should be so grateful and show immense love to ourselves, just like how one would do if they were offered something which they love the most. We need to treat ourselves like a gift that nature has given to us and be so careful about it and listen to its needs.

Second of all "Only when ones healthy, can they be productive!" When you give yourself immense love then your body and mind will work effectively for you to reach your goal. Most of us don't listen to ourselves only because of the guilt of being unproductive. We do not give ourselves enough rest, enough break only because we feel that we might be wasting our time. But if you think about it, would you rather prefer not listening to your body and try being productive and end up with less work being done with effects to mental health or would you focus on yourself first and then on your work without having any ill effects on brain and body!?

I know you know the answer!


All of us know the answer but we tend to forget it! Let this post be a gentle reminder for us to take care of ourselves and treat ourselves with love and care. ❤️
