There are some simple steps which we can take to help reduce our impact on the environment and our health.
The first step is to start by making a conscious purchase. We need to be aware of how we shop and where we buy our food. One must try buying organic food from local farmers and stores.
The second step is to find out what we want from the products that we are purchasing. This will help us make informed choices about what we eat and when we buy it.
The third step is to stop buying junk food, processed foods and packaged goods.
The fourth step is to stop using plastic bags and other plastics like plastic straws in our everyday lives .
The fifth step is to stop using disposable packaging. This will help us cut down on our carbon footprint.
The sixth step and the most important one is to not buy anything that you don't need!
Start by making small changes to your buying habits and make it a point to get rid of all the junk that is clogging your house.
