Hey lovelies...long time!!!
This month has been a bit of ups and down but nevertheless I can not tell you all how happy I am to finally be on track and be able to write yet another article for you all. I mean its the only way I get to talk to you all right! :D
I use this as a medium to express my thoughts and learnings that can benefit you as well in your journey!
Like we all know Diamond is multifaceted. We can either shine or let it dull. Well I know we all choose and want to shine. But, then the question is how do we achieve that. How do we make our life so functioning and happy.
I have come up with the below mind blowing tricks which are very mundane yet effective activities following which no one can stop you from shining lovelies!!! <3
Get your ZZZs:
Get some sleep, or else you won't be able to function well tomorrow.
A common phrase which we hear from our parents, isn't it? Well that sentence hold true. To have a productive day, one needs to wake up feeling well rested. This will give us energy to carry on throughout the day. If you're not getting enough sleep of 7-9 hours, try going to bed earlier. Also, if you have sleep problems, talk to your doctor.
Act with Intention:
Act with intentionality, and you'll be able to achieve your goals more easily.
Don’t let today slip away. Make the most of it! Every morning, identify what you want to accomplish and write it down. This will help you stay on track and make sure you don't forget anything. You'll save time by focusing on activities that recharge and refresh you.
Create practical boundaries:
Be very clear about when you are available and when you are not!
To focus better, try to reduce distractions. This can be done by focusing on specific tasks, setting boundaries with others, or taking breaks often. For example, to set your boundaries and availability clear, you can use sentences like: "I am available Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm, and I am not available on weekends or evenings". Take time to connect with loved ones, do what you enjoy, and be happy.
These are few of the basic and beginner steps that if you take with consistency and make a routine, will definitely make you feel like a shining star and your life will be much more functioning and happy.
